A story

on February 14, 2008

Froglet wanted a story about a tractor. When I said I didn’t know one, he said he did. Here is the story he told.

“Once upon a time there was a tractor next to the house… the farmhouse. And there –
once upon a time there was a goat in the farmhouse. A billy goat gruff. In the goat gruff house.”

(me: and then what happened?)

“Close the book up – the end.”

🙂 isn’t that cute.

His language ability improves at about the same rate as mine gets worse. It’s bad when you find yourself saying things like “Move that spoon… chair… back next to the, um, table, in the living… dining room… Just do it.”
